you know the drill , names down , make an effort to post cause if 3 put their name down and 5 turn up its a wasted journey for some and can be doing other things .
As for actual practise , drills and warm up are shared but will be decided on type of drill as to when to change . scrimmage , goalie changes every ten mins if its 3 goalies , if we have four then two each end changing every ten . stick to the format and we will have happy goalies , dont stick to it then i will beat you with my cock and invade your anus with a random players butt end , and possibly piss on u in the showers
