Southall there is noughing wrong with taking calming tablets, but these can be addictive. You could try Griffs calming candles these worked very well. Skipped training again!!!!

So where is Ron when you need him??? He was always good with advice on what tablets to take to calm thoes butterflies before a hard training/skating session.

Why must we bring rons name down with us!! The reason that he has been sectioned from the public is because of his unethical ways, i remember when i had a blocked ear and asked him for advice he told me to remove my clothes lie down on the table and close my eyes  |
