Guys I think woody deserves a big thank you for all the hard work he has put in over the years in coaching us as he said it is not easy coaching when you are a player and want to be in the thick of things. Remember he was a great influence in last years summer cup title so lets feel the love.
Also i think we should thank Mr Monaghan in taking time out of his time to come down and share his knowledge with us. I have not done drills like that since juniors, my mind enjoyed it but as usual my body is not thinking the same. Only one problem though please lose the laps they kill me i am not young anymore the years of alcohol, curry's and cigarettes are starting to show, also you do realise if laps do continue then scott will have to be punished!!! (hope i have not set myself up for laps)
So boys please show your gratitude to both coaches new and old because without these guys coming forward we would be a mess.
Hopefully i will see you guys tonight if they take me off this d**n nebulizer!!
One more thing guys we have to stop getting into fight situations with each other on the ice we are all team mates if you dont like certain people just avoid them we do not want to be breaking up scaps bettween ourselves save it for the games!!!!

Hear hear all around .. a BIG up to coaches new and old. I for one am ashamed and somewhat embarrased by my 'off ice' antics of late so please accept this as a public appology not only to all involved and concerned, but to the team as a whole... as Southall says .. let's save it for the opposition Oh and one last note .. laps might not be so bad after all ... I remember the days when laps were considered a bad things as they cut up the ice around the backs of the goals ... on the downside the alternative was the infamous 'gut-buster' drill .. you know the one .. goal line - blue line - goal line - red line - goal line - far blue line - goal line - far goal line - goal line ... that'll make your legs ache in the morning heh .. let's do it to them before we do it to ourselves .. no wait that's not right
